Lyman Horne, Executive VP and General Manager of Star Communications was presented the NTCA Management Lifetime Achievement Award, Wednesday, at the NTCA Annual Meeting in San Diego, California.
Horne, of Clinton, NC has announced his retirement after over 35 years with Star, including many years as Manager. He will officially retire August, 2017.
